Policy on Renting Costumes
Let it be known to our customers who rent, either for a play, event or holiday, Thibert Theatrical can no longer offer a refund on costumes not used. If it is removed from our shop, it’s rented and thus invoiced and billed to your organization or to you.
Costumes rented by Schools and long standing Theatre groups will be allowed 30 days to make payment. Individuals renting have to make payment before costumes exit our shop.
Costumes must be returned to the costume shop no later than one week after the event or holiday date. At which point the deposit will be returned, provided the costume is complete, fairly clean, and not damaged in any way. Those items lost will be charged a replacement value and invoiced to the renter, or organization after deducting the deposit amount if one was made.
Costumes returned late, more than one week past the event or holiday date will be charged the full original rental amount per week. If deposits were made, those are forfeited to the shop.
Thanks for your consideration on these important policies. John and Andrea Thibert Thibert Theatrical Red Lake Falls, MN 218-253-2237 |
