Remote Assistance

Remote Assistance will allow a technician to access and control your computer, almost like they are sitting in your chair. The program can be used to resolve normal computer problems quicker and easier, but does not replace the need for hands on computer diagnostics. You will be able to view the technician working at all times. Once the technician establishes a connection we recommended that you don't operate your mouse or keyboard unless instructed. The program will be removed after a restart of the computer or terminated by the technician. To reestablish a broken assistance connection you must download the program again.
