Goals 2000

1. Sewer Project  

• Finish lift station

• Finish new lagoon

• Upgrade collection system by either pipe lining or replacement

2. Beautification Hendrum

• Town meeting to gather ideas and set up committees
• Committees to beautify different areas of Hendrum
• Community Projects

3. Fire Hall Fund Raiser

• Commitment to raise money to pay off Fire Hall
• Conduct one fundraiser this year
• Involve fire department

4. Organize and upgrade ordinances of the City

• All ordinances on the computerized. (this provides ease for change and updates

5. Storm Sewer Fees

• Set and collect monthly storm sewer fees
• Clean ditches in the city for proper drainage
• Ditches clean outside of Hendrum

6. Upgrade Technology Equipment

• Computer for maintenance department
• Digital camera for the city
• Webpage for the city

7. Finalize all flood of 97 projects

• Collect all payments
• Finalize emergency plans for city for floods and other disasters
• Acquire equipment necessary for emergency situations (1 more 30K or 60K generator

8. Longer Term Plan for Maintenance Facility
